Prices
The prices of our works of art are displayed in Euros, excluding shipping. For orders to countries other than Spain, you are the importer of the concerned works of art. The works of art are shipped together with an invoice and customs declarations. According to the legislation currently in force in the country of delivery, customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights are not the responsibility of OOA Gallery. They will be at customer's expense and under his or her full responsibility, both in terms of reporting and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of his or her country. We recommend that you refer to your local authorities for further information on these issues.
The OOA Online Gallery retains the right to change prices at any time without notice, but works of art will be charged on the bases of the rates in effect during the recording of the order, subject to availability and typographical error. Any change in this rate would then be reflected immediately in the purchase price.
Order and Order Validation
Internet orders are carried out exclusively by using the following website: ooagallery.com. When you confirm the checkout process, you accept the purchase as well as the Terms and Conditions in full. The data recorded by ooagallery.com constitutes proof of all transactions made by ooagallery.com and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. No order cancellation will be accepted without the agreement of the OOA Gallery.
Payment
The payment of your purchases can be made by bank transfer or credit card though Stripe to the OOA Gallery account.
Upon receipt in full of the payment amount by the OOA Gallery, the orders will be processed and shipped.
Shipping method
All items are delivered to the customer’s specified shipping address when placing an order. Prices vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the work of art and will be calculated after the order is processed. The items are delivered to the shipping address you provide during the ordering process.
The average processing time from the time we receive your order is 72 hours. Shipping time is usually 5 working days to your country's customs office.
You can check the delivery progress of your order online by logging onto the carrier website and using the tracking number provided. In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent.
Money back guarantee
If the work of art is not to your liking, you have a period of 15 days from the date of its receipt to return it.
The shipping and return fees will be at your expense. Only the price of purchased works of art will be refunded. Any returns should be sent to the following address:

Refunds for works of art will only be accepted if all the following conditions are met:
1. The return of items must be completed within the time specified in the previous paragraph, date as per order date.
2. The work of art must be returned in whole and perfect condition and packaged in the same way as when sent by the OOA Gallery.
3. Returned items must not be damaged or soiled.
Depending of your payment method, refund will be made either by a bank transfer to or on behalf of the customer who placed the order, or using his credit card account though Stripe.
Complaints
Any complaints concerning defects in delivered works of art, inaccuracies in the quantities or erroneous references from the order confirmed by the OOA Gallery, shall be made in writing within 5 working days from the reception of the order, failing which any claim against the OOA Gallery will be not be valid.
Privacy
Users who freely and voluntarily enroll as Registered Users or communicate to the OOA Gallery personal data through established procedures on this website, expressly authorize the OOA Gallery to use such data, according to what is described in "Privacy Policy" on this website while respecting the current laws in force concerning personal data. Any User may at any time exercise his right to access, rectify and delete personal data, provided by the applicable regulations through the procedure established in "Privacy policy".
Law and jurisdiction
The works of art on sale comply with Spanish regulations. OOA Gallery shall not be held responsible for any non-compliance of a foreign country.
In case of dispute, concerning contractual obligations between the parties, where no out-of-court settlement can be reached, cases will be presented to the relevant Spanish court.
