OOA Gallery welcomes collectors and art lovers both in person and online. While artworks may be viewed by appointment in the Barcelona area, collectors can also discover, request information about and acquire works directly through ooagallery.com.
Available artworks are presented by artist. By clicking on an artist’s name or on an artwork image, visitors can access the artist’s biography, view available works and consult artwork details such as title, year, dimensions and medium.
Requesting Price and Availability
If you are interested in an artwork, click the Request price & availability button on the artwork page. You will be able to send us your request and provide your contact details, including your name, email address, phone number and delivery location.
Once we receive your request, OOA Gallery will confirm the artwork’s availability and provide any additional information you may need, including price, payment details and shipping costs where applicable.
Payment
Payment may be made by bank transfer or by credit card through Stripe’s secure payment platform. Accepted credit cards may include Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
All bank transfer fees, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees or related charges are the responsibility of the collector/buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated according to the artwork’s dimensions, weight, value and destination. OOA Gallery works with professional carriers and specialized shipping solutions to arrange appropriate packaging, tracking and delivery.
Depending on the artwork, works may be shipped stretched, crated, or rolled in a rigid tube when appropriate. Shipping arrangements will be confirmed before dispatch.
When available, a tracking number will be provided so that the collector can follow the delivery progress through the carrier’s website.
Receiving Your Artwork
Upon delivery, the collector should inspect the packaging carefully before accepting the shipment. If the package appears damaged, we recommend taking photographs of the packaging and notifying both the carrier and OOA Gallery immediately.
Any issue concerning damage, defects or incorrect delivery should be reported in writing as soon as possible, in accordance with our Purchase Terms and Conditions.
Returns and Purchase Terms
Subject to the conditions set out in our Purchase Terms and Conditions and to any applicable legal provisions, collectors may request a return within the applicable return period from the date of receipt of the artwork.
